We may cancel a tour:

if the weather compromises safety of our clients  and if the minimum number of participants has not been met.

Therefore we will offer an other date and if clients are not available for the proposed date we will reimbursed 100% .

If the clients cancel a tour:

Clients can cancel at anytime minimum 24 hours before the start time, and will be reimbursed completely 

If cancelation is made within 24 hours, a reimbursement of 75% will be given (admin fees and tour preparation).
